Eleven Seconds Longer Each Time

Horror · English · Being written now

Zainab Oyelaran-Pereira was the bodyguard whose blink became a meme. Two years on, she works nights at a rental building in the port city of São Vidal, where the only thing she protects is the parcel room. Then a phone clip of her worst night arrives in a tenant's group chat. It is eleven seconds longer than it was. Every time it plays, it runs longer, and what it shows is true.
