Past Due at Ostrander Tower

Mystery · English · Being written now

Imani Quaye collects overdue debts inside Ostrander Tower, sixty-two floors of money, secrets and a private security force with its own floor. She also keeps a list of nine names that have nothing to do with her employer: the people who owe her father's memory. When a dead man turns up in a service lift, she names him as the first name on her list. The tower's security chief names him as someone else entirely. One of them is lying, and Imani's brother wears the uniform.
