On the distant planet of Selvera, humans are nothing more than breeding vessels under the rule of ruthless werewolves, forced into submission through rituals like the brutal annual Hunt. Those who are chosen are released into the wild, chased down by deadly alphas, and no one returns unchanged. Ilyra refuses to break, even when she is cast into the Hunt by someone she once trusted, meant to be taught obedience the hard way. But everything changes when she becomes the target of Alpha Draeven, the most feared hunter on Selvera, a scarred outcast whose name alone terrifies both wolves and humans. Claimed by a force far more dangerous than death itself, Ilyra is pulled into a fate no human has ever survived, where survival means more than escape, and the line between monster and savior begins to blur.
